We are seeking skilled and motivated technical writer to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Creating and maintaining detailed user documentation (wiki and Help Center) according to business and system requirements
- Creating a clear and consistent copy for the interface (UX writing): error messages, settings, hints, tutorials, onboarding, emails, etc.
- Using Google Analytics to analyze content results and customer engagement
- Collaborating with the product team to improve current UX
Who You Are:
- Advanced English is a must
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing in the IT field is a must
- Higher education in Linguistics, Marketing, or PR (preferably)
- Ability to gather, analyze, and convey information in a clear and coherent manner
- Strong understanding of documentation strategies, knowledge management and best practices.
Nice to have:
- Experience with managing teams would be a plus
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence, Snagit, Wrike, Figma would be a plus
