We are currently seeking a Lead Qualification Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Qualification Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our sales process by identifying and qualifying potential leads. Your primary responsibility will be to assess leads, gather relevant information, and determine their suitability for our glazing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads within the target market.
Reach out to leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to gather information and assess their needs.
Qualify leads based on established criteria, such as budget, project requirements, and timeline.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads for further engagement.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions and qualification status in CRM software.
Provide regular updates and reports on lead qualification activities to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field will be a plus.
Proven experience in lead qualification, telemarketing or sales support roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
English C2
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
Previous experience for the USA market as a plus.
