Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in conversion/retention
- C2 Level of English!
- Work in the office, not remote

What does role involve:
- Managing and growing customer relationships
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products or services, presenting and recommending company services
- Holding telephone negotiations
- Maintain a database of customer calls, their needs and requirements
- Implement best practices in sales programs
- Night shift 17:00−02:00 or Morning shift 07:00−16:00
