Responsibilities:
— Management of the administrative and economic activities of the production
— Effective workforce management
— Ensuring the effective use of fixed and working capital
— Analysis of the work of production, identification of «bottlenecks», development and implementation of measures to eliminate them
— Ensuring compliance with the requirements of standards, the system of labor safety standards, labor and production discipline.
— Fulfillment of the planned production volumes in accordance with the approved plan, with the established quantitative and qualitative indicators, the lowest costs of labor, material and financial resources.
Requirements:
— Developed management skills
— Analytical mindset, ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
— English level — not lower than Pre-Intermediate, Turkish would be an advantage
— At least 3 years of management experience in an industrial company.
— User of MS Office, knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
