As a Customer Service Representative:
- Manage inquiries, complaints, and requests from VIP clients and prospects via phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues and answering questions effectively, ensuring a premium experience for our VIP clientele.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products to assist VIP clients with their specific needs.

As a Sales Representative:
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to promote our products or services to VIP prospects.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services, focusing on enhancing the experience and satisfaction of VIP prospects.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Excellent experience and attitude
Fluent in English (mandatory) & Russian (mandatory).
Familiarity with software like Ziwo and popular CRMs is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Terms:
Shifts:
9 hours per day with a 1-hour break; Two Shifts Available
1st Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Dubai Time)
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Dubai Time)
Off Day: Fixed (not on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
