SHORT DESCRIPTION
As a Python Developer at BetBy, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. You will work closely with development and operations teams to automate and optimize our processes, ensuring efficient deployment of our applications to production.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Python, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
Solid understanding of CI/CD tools, particularly GitLab CI
Experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes
Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
Knowledge of Nginx or HaProxy, its configuration, and operation
Strong familiarity with Unix/Linux systems, utilizing their features and tools for optimal development and deployment
A knack for writing clean, readable Python code
Understanding of code versioning tools, specifically Git
Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain scalable and efficient CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI
Implement automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines)
Work with Kubernetes for orchestration of our containerized applications
Manage messaging systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ to ensure robust data delivery
Configure and maintain Nginx as a reverse proxy and HTTP server
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve pipeline bottlenecks and deployment issues
Document CI/CD processes and maintain version control with Git
