We are looking for an entry-level Customer Support Representative to join our team at Custom Product Builder App.

It's an e-commerce plugin, so the desire to work in E-commerce is a big plus.
Responsibilities:
— Replying to customer’s requests via the helpdesk (Zendesk)— Hosting video calls (Google Meet)
— Creating custom products using our tool with provided images, assets & information from the client. Products will be similar to the products from the demos link above.
— finding related articles and support documentation
— Updating support documentation
— recording explanatory videos when necessary.
— preparing demos for users
— escalating tasks to appropriate team members
— working on other support-related tasks assigned by Account Managers.
— collaborating with the other team members on estimates.
- Upper-Intermediate+ English: in written and speaking forms (ability to speak with customers on video calls).
— Отличный разговорный и письменный русский язык, т.к. мы русскоговорящая команда и все коммуникации внутри идут на русском языке
— Basic experience with Photoshop is a plus, but not a requirement
— Basic experience or interest in the E-commerce Industry and, specifically in the Shopify platform, is a plus but not a requirement
— Basic skills in HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus but not a requirement
