Key Responsibilities:

∙ Work closely with front office traders and other teams to ensure trade execution, and trade capture activities are performed efficiently and accurately.

Ensure all trades are accurately reflected in the trading system and confirmations are sent to counterparties in a timely manner.

Monitor and manage trade positions and provide timely reports to the front office for decision-making purposes.

Reconcile trading positions and P&L between trading systems and accounting systems.

Review trade and position documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Work closely with the IT team to ensure the trading systems and other supporting systems are operating effectively.

Provide analytical support to the front office for trade execution and optimization of trading strategies.

Develop reports and dashboards using CTRM systems, Excel, SQL and PowerBI to monitor trading activities and provide insights to the front office.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
-
3+ years of experience in middle or back-office operations in a commodity trading company or bank, with a particular focus on the oil and petroleum products markets.

Strong understanding of commodity trading processes, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and risk management.

Strong analytical skills and ability to develop reports and dashboards using SQL and PowerBI.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
