We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience for outsourcing companies.
• Familiar with the USA, European, and other foreign markets.
• English skills min. B2 + and above. Part of the interview will be provided in English.
• Proven experience in managing small projects, demonstrating the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Good understanding of Fix Price and T&M contracts.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development team, ensuring smooth project execution and adherence to established processes.
• Plan, create, and coordinate release schedules in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, team members, and other project stakeholders.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
