Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Processing incoming user requests (chat rooms, letters, instant messengers);
• Working with payments;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients;
• Resolve customer requests effectively by providing up-to-date information;
• Carrying out KYC.

Requirements:

• Experience with CRM (LiveChat, HelpDesk, etc.);
• At least 1 year of experience as a customer service agent (preferably in the gambling industry);
• Good knowledge of English or German (sufficient for correspondence);
• Customer-oriented thinking;
• Stress resistance.
