-Preparing all advance reports for employees except Russian citizens. Checking all advance reports before sharing with Moscow office.(25 employees for now)
-Preparing all timesheets for employees except Russian citizens and following the signature process.(25 employees for now)
-Checking for flats and negotiating with landlords. Following all our employee’s needs for flats. (For VKS employees)
— Preparing leave applications and business trip forms for all employees except Russian citizens and following signature process for all employees.
— Following all patents for CIS workers, follow all the payment periods and executing the payments.
-Following and doing registrations for VKS and CIS employee’s.
-Prepare all the documents for newcomers, submit to the client, follow the process for the pass to the site and getting permission for site camp.(for Tensa and Subcontractors)
-Ordering and following flight tickets for all our employees with support of Sergey.
-Bringing all VKS and CIS employees to medical checkups and hospitals. Preparing all documents and booking the dates for the employees with the information from the site.
-Preparing the salary deduction declaration documents and follow the process.
-Searching for new employees (quality engineer/site engineer/warehouse specialist/hse inspector etc.) Executing the interviews and sending the possible options to managers.
-Filling and following all insurance forms and documents.
— Following all the emails which is related to Hr and coming from our client.
-Following all notary subjects.
-Receiving and sending all the documents from/ to Moscow office.
-Supporting all employees with their documents and salary payment problems with support of Moscow office.
Requirements:- Ability to work with large volumes of documents and information in multitasking mode;
- Good knowledge of labor legislation and the ability to apply it in work;
- Good knowledge of 1C 8.3 ZUP.;
- Experience working with summarized accounting of working hours;
- Knowledge of English at level B2;
- Work in a multinational team of one of the world's largest construction companies;
- Official employment, fully white salary (discussed individually);
- Annual contract with extension (at the time of construction of the facility);
- Daily transfer of employees to the facility;
- Lunches for employees; 6-day work week.
