Position Overview:

We are seeking a Travel Manager with a proactive and innovative mindset to support our Sales Manager and ensure our VIP clients' travel experiences are nothing short of extraordinary. This role is central to our operations, requiring agility, reliability, and a willingness to embrace and execute innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify new travel clients for Flyer Club, targeting business and corporate sectors.

  • Outreach to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.

  • Design and manage sophisticated travel itineraries, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for our clients.

  • Provide exceptional, personalized customer service, anticipating the unique needs of each client.

  • Handle administrative tasks with precision, including scheduling, email correspondence, and document management.

  • Engage in proactive research and planning for cutting-edge travel destinations and events.

  • Collaborate with the Flyer Club team to ensure the flawless execution of travel arrangements.

  • Serve as a primary support to the Managing Director, particularly in managing VIP client bookings, meticulous recording in our CRM, and generating detailed Excel reports.

  • Liaise with airlines to manage seating assignments and fulfill special requests, ensuring VIP clients' needs are impeccably met.

  • Manage emergency situations or last-minute changes to travel plans, providing swift and effective solutions.

  • Offer guidance and support in the selection of travel insurance options suitable for VIP clients.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client loyalty and retention.

  • Analyze client feedback to continuously improve service standards and client satisfaction.

  • Oversee the budgeting and expense management for travel projects and promotional events.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth experience in the travel industry with a focus on premium client service.

  • Proven ability to support senior management with administrative tasks and client management.

  • Superior organizational skills, with a knack for multitasking and attention to detail.

  • Excellent command of English, adept in both written and verbal communication for high-level client interactions.

  • Proficiency in travel booking systems, office software, and CRM platforms.

  • A reliable home office setup with a robust internet connection and a high-quality laptop.

Additional Requirements:

  • Availability from 11am-8pm EST, Monday — Friday, with the flexibility to work weekends when necessary.

  • Knowledge of GDS systems such as Sabre, TravelPort, or Amadeus is highly beneficial.
