Our IT Department is growing and the Remote IT Support Team needs a new member - engineer with a high level of English speaking skills, willing to start his career in the international IT Support.

What will you do:
- Provide technical support to our foreign clients within SLA (OTRS based ticket system, three lines of support);
- Perform Network Monitoring and deeply troubleshoot;
- Learn new things daily and implement the knowledge in cloud and hosting services such as Office 365, Active Directory, Mimecast; PBX systems such as Avaya, Asterisk; backup solutions (Veaam, Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud); desktop Microsoft, Apple OS, server Microsoft OS, virtualization systems, network devices (HP, Cisco, FortiGate, SonicWall etc.), virtualization (HyperV, ESXI).

- You possess an expert level of proficiency in service desk tools;
- You speak English confidently (Intermediate+) and are ready to practice it every day;

- You know the core principles of customer service;
- Familiar with third-party cloud solutions such as email, cloud storage, hosting, and AWS.
