Resposibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the restaurant group's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Manage the restaurant group's online presence, including website, social media, and email marketing.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase online visibility and engagement.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various media platforms, including print, digital, radio, and TV.
- Develop promotional strategies, such as discounts, special events, and loyalty programs, to attract and retain customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with event planners, vendors, and staff to ensure the successful execution of events.
- Develop and manage the marketing plan and budget for the restaurant group.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including coordinators, designers, and content creators.
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3−5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, or food and beverage industry.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, overseeing marketing teams or projects.
- A genuine interest in the restaurant industry and a passion for food and dining experiences.
