We are an international software company and we communicate in English (in particular).
Responsibilities:

Provide regular technical support for users (office and remote) with a wide scope of issues;

Installing and configuring office equipment, users computers, configuring and backing up network equipment (mostly Mikrotik);
-
Managing IP telephony (cloud and on-premis solutions);
-
Setting up a different types of VPN;
-
Creating accounts in mail services, instant messengers, etc;
-
Ensuring the security of corporate data;
-
Interaction with other departments of the company;
-
Buying equipment and accounting for it is also important.
Obligatory:
-
at least 3 years of experience in IT sphere;
-
Windows Desktop support;
-
Mac OS Support;
-
English intermediate;
-
Mikrotik experience (Configuring networks, VPNs, WiFi);

Microsoft Azure Cloud experience (VDI soultion);
-
Hands-on experience with different VPN types: IKE, L2TP/IPSEC, OpenVPN, Wireguard etc;
-
Powershell scripting (automatisation daily tasks);
-
Windows Server administration (AD DS, DNS, GPO etc);
-
Experience with bank clients, digital signatures;
-
Hands-on experience with IP telephony;
Preferably:
- Powershell;
- Apple MDM;
- InTune
