Responsibilities:

— make outgoing calls using a script (no need to search for clients, call campaigns are configured automatically based on the existing user base)

— help clients solve emerging difficulties and answer questions about the product

— maintain corporate reporting in internal programs

— ability to speak and write competently: this will be 100% of the work
