Our eyes are currently set on expanding into the Malaysian market via our very own commercial sales team.

Job Responsibilities：

1. According to laws, rules and corporate financial regulations, deal with all cashier related matters and be responsible for the corresponding statistical work.
2. According to company rule, check&file the bills and arrange the payment accurately at the specified time.
3. Do the English translation and provide the translated weekly/monthly bank statement to Group Financial Dept.
4. Be responsible to issue the invoice&act and upload in Diadok for client’s payment on time; Assist in following up with the outstanding list.
5. Cooperate with financial agent to complete the financial/tax return and the annual final declaration;
6. Maintain the relationship with banks and other financial related external institutions, and make sure to report the relevant information to Group financial dept. on time;
7. Accept the internal audit supervision of the Group company regularly;
8. Complete the other tasks assigned by department leaders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or accounting field;
2. At least 2 year cashier experience;
3. Good listening, written and oral English/Chinese skills; be able to speak English/Chinese on a daily basis; (Chinese speaking preferred);
4. Work carefully and have high sense of responsibility;
5. Strictly abide by the company financial rule and leader management; have the strong team work spirit.
