Сost Analyst ( logistic processes)

We are currently looking for a Cost Analyst professional to join our team to support our own Network with calculation, managing and optimization of the budget utilization and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• To perfom monthly cost calculations of logistics segments in local network, and provide professional analysis of cost changes of different parts with clear driven factors;
• To calculate own network efficiency results based on the corresponding indicators in the methodology , share details with stakeholders ;
• Manage the reconciliation & billing process with logistic partners with 100% accuracy and punctuality, effective communication and coordination with partners as well as internal related stakeholders ;
• To manage the payment flow approval process, and work as the checkpoint from network team to make sure the payment is correct and accurate;
• Manage the budget planning and progress monitoring, manage the daily cost analysis with details, to provide supervisors and stakeholders with accurate and on time data with clear reasons and suggestions;
• Support the requirements in different business and operational projects related with cost impact, proceed the cost impact simulation, progress monitoring and review;
• To have regular cost comparison by different partners with different parameters to find the opportunities to improve company product competitiveness;
• To fulfill necessary market research to collect the market players cost parameters and data, to compare with internal costs and provide optimization suggestions.

Requirements:

• 4 + years working experience of work with cost management, prefferably within logistics/e-commerce industry;
• Education: bachelor or specialist/master diploma in logistic, economics or finance, mathematics;
• Strong analytical skills: ability of analyzing big volumes of information and creating recommendations for the business based on the analysis;
• Experienced PC user (MS Office package, X-mind, Excel, WMS)
• English language advanced level, (the level must be sufficient for everyday business communication;
• Strong attention to details and ability of managing multiple projects and prioritizing them effectively; strong sense of data
• Ability to work in an environment of constant change, ready for business trips.
