Johnson & Johnson Vision is looking for an experienced sales person for the position of Key Account Executive of the Surgical Equipment portfolio.

Temporary role for maternity leave replacement

Area of responsibilities: South

Description:

• Responsible for the ophtalmosurgery segment of J&J Vision business (equipment and consumables) in terms of selling, marketing and application on the assigned territory;

• English intermediate or fluent. Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers;

• Develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities;

• Create trusted advisor long-term relationships with dealers and customers;

• Implement new equipment technologies to the customers, application of acquired equipment to their specific needs;

• Grow the market share.

Requirements:

• Proven over time work experience is sales of medical devices is a must;
• Proven experience in commercial and territory management;
• Skilled in forecasting and analyzing market trends and how it will affect the business operations of the organization;
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
• Ability to handle stressful situations with ease and work with high levels of patience and enthusiasm under all circumstances;
• Ability to communicate, present and influence key opinion leaders and decision makers at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level;
• Skilled in scheduling and managing a wide range of tasks;
• Skilled in communicating with the team members and clients;
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities;
• Experience in performing dealer and customer product trainings;
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;
• Providing efficient service to the clients, resolving their complains, and ensuring their satisfaction;
• Preparing and maintaining detailed reports and sharing them with management and the team;
• Defining and controlling the expenses for educational and promotional activities;
• Skilled in using a wide range of computer applications for database management, reporting, and communication;
• Bachelor’s degree or higher;
• Ready for business trips (50%)
