We are Crystalia Glass LLC, a glazing construction company based in Brooklyn, NY. Our company was established in 2017 and has grown exponentially since! Among our clients are such companies as SpaceX, Nike, Starbucks, Bank of America and many others.

You will also be provided with a specially developed training program to learn about our quality product.

Employment type: full-time 8.30 am — 5 pm, New York time

Salary:

1) Salary depends on the grade assigned in accordance with your skills:

•⁠ ⁠Grade 1 — Working with Aluminum products or projects for Delivery,

•⁠ ⁠Grade 2 — Working with Steel products,

•⁠ ⁠Grade 3 — Working with Key Accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with Crystalia Glass customers after the stage of contract signing;

  • Overseeing day-to-day account activities of Сompany’s customers;

  • Maintaining customer data in HubSpot CRM and Click UP;

  • Accompanying clients throughout all project stages;

  • Cooperation with sales team at the moment of the project transfer;

  • Cooperation with engineering department during the project realization;

  • Tracking the receipt of payments and further project transfer by stages;

  • Control of dates for partitions installations and deliveries;

  • Written and verbal communication with native speakers (B2C and B2B);

Required skills:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Product Manager or relevant role;

  • Fluent English (C2) and Russian;

  • Computer savvy;

  • Knowledge of CRM system;

  • International work experience;

  • Technical/Engineering background (preferred but not mandatory as we provide training)
