The branch of American shipping company is searching for a enthusiastic person for the junior position in Documentation department.
Experience in the ocean transportation is not required, we will teach you everything, but we want you to already have a general understanding of transportation processes.
Responsibilities:

Submit export declarations & origin certificates

Run bookings depository for 5−6 weeks in advance

Maintain communication with internal departments, customs, vendors, customers, and carriers

Process new transportation requests from clients
-
Provide up-to-date information to customers
Requirements:
-
You must be attentive, responsible, friendly and be able to work in a team.
-
It is important that you know your way around computers and the basic office programs, you are able to independently deal with the installation of MS Outlook and IP telephony.

You will have a lot of calls (incoming and outgoing), so it is important to have a quiet workplace where no one will disturb you.

Discipline and the ability not to be distracted by household chores and switch to work completely are extremely important.
-
You will work a lot with documentation, databases — 100% attentiveness and love for monotonous tasks are mandatory.

The ability to switch between tasks and react quickly in case of changes is very important.
-
We are NOT ready to teach you English and are looking for candidates with at least Upper Intermediate level.

Work experience would be an added value.

You do not need to sell anything, no cold calls and sales plans, the salary is fixed and does not depend on the volume of work. We pay 850 USD during the probation period and 950 USD after.
This is NOT freelancing or part-time work. We offer a regular job, with a fixed time and a 5/2 work schedule.
We have days off on US public holidays and work on Russian ones.
!!! The working day is from 16.00 to 00.00 Moscow Time in summer (from March to November) and from 17.00 to 01.00 Moscow Time in winter. You will work in the evenings and at night!!!
