Executive Search Consultant / Expert

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working on CEO-1 and CEO-2 vacancies.
• Talent identification and market mapping to develop comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit senior executives in Russia, South-Eastern Asia and Middle East.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management.
• Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates.
• Interviewing the candidates and presenting them to Hiring Manager.
• Preparing market reports for top management and HR Leads.
• Participating in other HR projects within team.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Proven experience as Researcher / Analyst. Experience in Executive Search firm would be a plus.
• Proficiency in sourcing Top talents. Experience in Mining / Production Industry would be a plus.
• Strong analytical skills.
• English — intermediate (you will need to write selling messages which attracts candidates).
• Knowledge of using different sourcing techniques and tools.
• Ability to think out of the box and find creative solutions to find the best talents.
• High level of professional curiosity, eagerness to learn.
