Analyst

Responsibilities:

Analysis of data and insights collected and derived from multiple raw sources. Working with sales figures, customer information, market trends, revenue data, and other relevant metrics to deliver valuable and actionable insights to stakeholders, enabling better data-based decisions to help the company move in the right direction.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from various sources to derive insights and identify trends.
• Develop reports and visualizations to communicate strategic opportunities and trade-off options.
• Collaborate with cross-functions to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making processes.

Advanced analytics:

• Development of analytics framework and annual research plan.
• Co-creation and individual development of strategic hypotheses problem / opportunity statements to implement the research plan.
• Define research approaches to understand the value at stake for problem solutioning or opportunity capture.
• Partner with cross-functions to develop growth strategy opportunities, investment required and time to value realization models.

Interaction with data providers, budget management, supporting tender procedures.

Requirements:

• Higher education, preferably in mathematics, statistics, economics, tech.
• 2−3 years of experience in market analytics;
• Experience with Nielsen. AlphaRM/DSM and other databases will be an advantage;
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point. Power BI will be an advantage;
• High level of logical, structural and critical thinking, ability to work with large data sets;
• Ability to condense analysis into practical insights;
• Developed communication skills;
• English at upper-intermediate level.
