We're looking for a Game Designer to become an ambassador of fun for kids and create awesome educational games that can compete with Roblox and Brawl Stars for kids' attention.

You will…

  • Lead the game design efforts in a small, cross-functional team developing an educational PvP battler game for kids aged 5−14.
  • Take ownership of the game design process for features end to end and be responsible for retention and engagement metrics.
  • Work closely with the product team (product manager, analysts, designers, developers, artists) to deliver engaging and high-quality experiences for our players.
  • Write clear and structured documentation and tasks for developers, designers, and artists.
  • Ensure educational goals are met through gameplay by working closely with academic experts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to build the roadmap and propose new features to improve specific metrics.
  • Participate in playtesting, propose hypotheses for UX researchers, and transform insights from playtests into specific gameplay improvements.
  • Proactively search for and request data that helps make well-informed decisions — deconstruct competitors' products, propose hypotheses for playtests, and analyze data with PM and Analytics.
