Position Overview:

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, focusing on acquiring and managing B2B clients. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by promoting our payment system solutions to businesses, establishing strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving our ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential B2B clients in the cryptocurrency and fintech sectors, fostering new business opportunities.

  • Conference Attendance: Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to promote our solutions and expand our client base.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Skills:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management.
