About the Role:

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing potential candidates to fill various positions within the company. Your duties will include posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms including job boards, social media, and the company website.

  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as databases, social media, and employee referrals to find suitable candidates.

  • Proactively reach out to potential candidates through direct messaging and networking.

  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.

  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the company and the role.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

  • Provide feedback to candidates in a professional and constructive manner.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.

  • Assist in defining job descriptions and required qualifications.

  • Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Coordinate with HR and other departments to prepare for the arrival of new employees.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to HR management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Two (2) years of experience in HR Recruitment, preferably within the same industry

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written is a must

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and network with potential candidates and stakeholders

  • Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role through resume screening and interviews

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive candidate and company information

  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR team members and other departments to achieve recruitment goals
