Area Senior Specialist

A large international company requires Area Senior Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Realization of CE Retail Marketing strategy in region (Krasnodar area);
• Develop, implement and follow regional strategy oriented on:

- Sell-out maximization;

- In-House Share and Premium portion growth in major customers;

- Strong Brand visual domination in retail;

• Regular regional KPI tracking, AR improvement tactics development ;
• Manage local Field Force outsourcing agency (Supervisors, Promoters, Territory representatives);
• Close collaboration with central office and local retailers in terms of product distribution improvement;
• Continues market sensing and intelligent reporting;
• Analyze ROI for efficient retail investments (Field Force, Branded retail equipment).

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience of 3 years or more;
• Experience in team management at least 2 years (Filed Force is preferable);
• Experince in Account management at least 1 year (Regional direct/in-direct);
• Confident user of MS Office;
• English - intermediate /upper-intermediate;
• Pro-active and optimistic approach;
• Confident communication skills on different levels, cross functions and with partners;'
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Exactingness to oneself and counterparties;
• Stress resistance and harworking;
• Readiness for regular business trips inside region.
