Main goals:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Collaborate with product managers to prioritize tasks and align engineering efforts with business goals
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, solving complex problems and making informed decisions

Implement tools and practices that streamline development workflows and reduce bottlenecks

Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering or a related technical field

Proven track record in a senior technical leadership role, such as Engineering Manager, Technical Lead or Chief Technology Officer

Experience in managing large, distributed engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects

Strong knowledge of backend and frontend technologies, system architecture, cloud technologies, and scalable systems.

Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team
