Boost.Express is a Collaborative Advertising platform for the business events industry.

We are a small distributed team with global ambitions — to launch a new product category in EventTech. We are currently working to onboard our first customers in North America and Europe.

We need to grow fast, that's why we've opened the RevOps position you're looking at now.

Role Overview:

As a RevOps Specialist at Boost.Express, you will be the backbone of our revenue operations, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing data, and providing insights that will help shape the strategic direction of our company. This role is crucial to our mission of creating a seamless and scalable operation as we grow our presence in the global EventTech market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline our revenue processes across marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and efficiency.

  • Data Management and Analysis: Manage and analyze data from various sources (CRM, marketing tools, etc.) to provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth.

  • Reporting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide accurate revenue forecasting.

  • Technology and Tools Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of tools and technologies that support revenue operations, ensuring they integrate seamlessly across departments.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to identify bottlenecks, optimize handoffs, and improve overall performance.

  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for revenue processes, ensuring that all team members are aligned and trained on best practices.

  • Strategic Planning Support: Assist in developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role within a SaaS or tech company.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights and strategies.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other revenue operations tools (e.g., marketing automation platforms, BI tools).

  • Process-Oriented: Ability to design and optimize processes across multiple departments, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present complex data to stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a distributed team.

Our Hiring Process:

  1. Introductory call for 15-20 minutes. We'll tell you about ourselves and answer your questions.
