As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and help shape the future of our product, an ecosystem where data and assets flow freely and seamlessly across both Web2 and Web3.

Job Overview:

As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and scaling our engineering team, driving the development of our core products, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions. You will work closely with our Head of Technology and Head of Delivery, product teams, and other stakeholders to align engineering efforts with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

- Scalability & Performance: Drive the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems that support the growth of our platform.

- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the engineering team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and priorities.

- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

- Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and performance across the engineering team.

- Talent Development: Onboard and retain top engineering talent. Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members.

Requirements:

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.

- Technical Expertise: Strong background in full-stack development, with deep knowledge of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.

- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing and scaling engineering teams, with the ability to inspire and lead by example.

- Project Management: Strong experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.

- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Passion for Web3: Deep interest in blockchain technology, decentralization, and the potential of Web3 to disrupt traditional industries.

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Bonus Points:

- Experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.).

- Familiarity with cryptography and security best practices.
