We have an immediate opportunity available for YOU to help us attract the best talent out there for our MedTech and Innovative Medicine business in Russia & CIS.

Location: Moscow, Russia.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • You will be the Lead TA Partner for JnJ Russia/CIS managing 1-2 team members holistically for the Russian/CIS business including assignment of project or contractual work to team members.
  • You will be managing around 15 roles simultaneously.
  • You will be responsible for tender management.
  • Ensuring that internal roles between legal entities are calibrated and aligned, working closely with the relevant Total Rewards and HR communities.
  • Collaborating in creating staffing plans, develop strategies and implement action plans.
  • Serving specific internal clients and manage the internal recruitment posting process for J&J businesses across stakeholders.
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers and BBHR partners in the recruiting process from beginning to end.
  • Coaching hiring managers or teams on interim recruitment processes.
  • Identifying and share recruitment best practices across the business.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and requirements.
  • Building and maintaining effective partnerships and strong relationships with colleagues, hiring managers, candidates and leaders.
  • Consulting with hiring managers on recommended starting salaries and other offer package details.
  • Providing candidate offer package recommendation to line manager.
  • Checking professional references and drive other candidate due diligence activities in compliance with the recruitment operating procedures.
  • Managing the data associated with the recruitment process to ensure all relevant data on applicants, the process and the final hiring decision is properly handled in a timely manner.

  • Gathering/compiling/maintaining/providing regular metrics for HR-related activities.
  • Ensuring end user education and training of hiring managers and BBHR on the Talent Acquisition process and tools.

We’d love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Relevant higher degree in humanitarian science (Human resources or Psychology is preferrable).
  • At least 5 years of recent experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition area.
  • Leadership experience in leading and developing a small team.
  • Excellent relationship-building, strong communication & stakeholder-management skills to ensure you have effective partnership with your hiring managers as well as other colleagues.
  • A self-starter and team-player mindset, embracing challenges and learning opportunities with a can-do attitude
  • Fluency in Russian and English spoken and written.
    Previous experience
    within multinational pharmaceutical/medical organization is a big plus.
