Position Summary:
As the Director of Partnerships, you will be a vital member of the Sales and Back Office Team. Your primary focus will be to expand our market presence by building strategic partnerships, growing our villa portfolio, and driving revenue through innovative collaborations. A key responsibility will include identifying and securing new properties to be added to our exclusive private collection. You will manage and nurture relationships with both new and existing partners, ensuring that our offerings remain at the forefront of luxury travel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement partnership strategies to increase market share in key
destinations.
• Identify and engage with potential partners, including luxury villa owners, travel
agencies, and concierge services, to expand our network, while working on CRM and partners database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Secure high-caliber properties for inclusion in our private collection, ensuring they meet our exclusive standards.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners, ensuring continuous mutual growth and satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new properties into our portfolio.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms that align with company objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for
collaboration and expansion.
• Represent The Sun Secret Collection at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop joint marketing initiatives that
promote new and existing partnerships.
• Provide regular reports on partnership performance, including KPIs and other relevant metrics, to senior management.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in partnership development, preferably in the luxury travel or real estate industry.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the luxury travel market.
