Administrative responsibilities:
- Office administration;
- Organizing the office and supporting the team in optimizing performance;
- Organizing concierge services and assisting the UBOs in their personal
affairs is an integral part of the daily activities; - Oral and written translations in English, German and Russian;
- Planning and preparation of meetings;
- Review of contractor invoices according to offers and work done;
- Maintaining a maintenance calendar and list of open tasks and monitoring
performance; - Performing other ad hoc tasks as requested by clients and management.
Education and skills & experience:
- Education: bachelor's degree in the field of business adminis tration / management / finance / capital markets / economics or related disciplines;
- Experience / skills: work experience in family offices / investment funds / banks of 3 years;
- Languages: fluency in English, German and Russian is required;
- IT skills: advanced IT skills, especially excel (knowledge of VBA is a plus);
- The candidate must be a holder of EU passport or Swiss residency permit (level B or higher).
Working conditions:
- Remuneration depends on the skills and competences of a prospective candidate;
- Relocation to Switzerland (Canton Zug) is mandatory as job requires visits
and meetings with partners and management.
