Every day, we are actively growing and evolving, which is why we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who is passionate about the digital landscape, experienced in an international context, and possesses exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Developing Talent Acquisition Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to create and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's goals and staffing needs, with a specific focus on international and CIS markets;

- International and CIS Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts in international and CIS regions, ensuring a deep understanding of local labor markets, cultural nuances, and legal requirements to attract top talent;

- Candidate Sourcing and Networking: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, particularly targeting international and CIS regions;

- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring the selection of high-quality candidates from diverse geographical areas;

- Candidate Experience Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, by providing clear communication and timely feedback, tailored to different cultural contexts;

- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, with a focus on international and CIS regions to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field is highly desirable;

- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on international and CIS markets;

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required, knowledge of any additional language is a plus;

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across cultures;

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities;

- High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity;

- Ability to develop and implement global recruitment strategies;

- Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making;

- Ability to tailor recruitment strategies to different regions.
