Senior Analyst / Associate

Overview:

We are a leading international group in the field of horeca, wellness, leisure and lifestyle. Development of multifunctional premium spa complexes worldwide is one of group’s core business lines since 2020. Due to its rapid geographical expansion and new investment partnerships, we are looking for a Senior Analyst/Associate to join our professional team.

Job description:

• Financial modelling & analysis (existing & new projects);
• Drafting pitches, investment memos and other materials for investors;
• Market analysis for new strategic locations (size, target audience, competitors, etc), including sourcing relevant data/information;
• Search for new investors and partners;
• Participation in drafting transaction documents: from MOUs to legally binding agreements;
• Compiling regular reports for investors.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Economics or Finance;
• 3+ years’ experience in private equity funds, investment banks, BIG-4 corporate finance or holding companies.

A 5-star candidate has:

• Fluent English;
• Strong modelling and analysis skills;
• Good understanding of IAS/GAAP/RAS;
• Proven experience in drafting investment memos and pitches;
• High efficiency, motivation and ability to achieve results on a tight schedule and to multitask;
• Proactivity, strong leadership skills, readiness to shoulder responsibility;
• Factors which will make you stand out: 1. Prior experience in fundraising; 2. Own investor base; 3. CFA, ACCA qualification.
