For an international iGaming holding we are looking for several Support Heroes with knowledge of foreign languages

Responsibilities:

● Incoming / outgoing calls to our clients worldwide.
● Active telephone sales (without cold calls and customer search);
● Informing about the company’s shares;
● Order processing;
● Immerse yourself in the processes, questions and concerns of the customer. To be successful, you need to become an expert in the product, not just sell, but offer the best solutions;

Requirements:

● Fluency in English, German, Polish, French, Spanish - two languages is a definite plus!
● Competent speech, ability to negotiate on the phone;
● Ability to work with information, search, remember and understand how to apply in work;
● Confident PC user (experience with CRM systems is a plus);
● Desire to learn, develop in the field of sales, focus on results;
● The ability to analyze and understand promptly information, the company’s goals, the specifics of the field;
