What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and chat.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and answering questions effectively.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their needs.
As a Sales Representative:
You will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue by developing and delivering effective sales pitches to our incoming warm leads.
You will be the first point of contact for these pre-qualified individuals, nurturing their interest and guiding them through the sales process.
What Makes You Shine:
Fluent in English (mandatory) & Russian (mandatory).
Familiarity with software like Ziwo and popular CRMs is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts:
9 hours per day with a 1-hour break; Two Shifts Available
1st Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Dubai Time)
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Dubai Time)
Off Day: Fixed (not on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
