A well-established accounting firm located and operating in the USA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team in a remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in managing high volumes of emails and experience in handling administrative tasks efficiently.

We are looking for a remote professional who will be responsible for managing the daily email flow. As the first point of contact for incoming emails, you will ensure that no email is overlooked, and each is addressed promptly. Your primary duties will include reading and organizing emails, forwarding them to the appropriate team member, or taking necessary actions. Every email must be processed within 2 hours of receipt.

The position follows the working hours of our office in Ohio, USA, which will be from 4 PM to 11 PM or 5 PM to 12 AM, depending on the time of year. We expect strict adherence to these working hours, with attention to detail being critical in the role.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (95% of emails are in English).
  • Experience with business communication etiquette.
  • Proven ability to work remotely while maintaining productivity.
  • A background in a similar role, preferably in the US or the accounting industry, will be highly valued.
  • Ability to read, process, and respond to emails efficiently.
  • Must be able to pass a test on English proficiency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and process emails daily, ensuring no email is left unread or unattended.
  • Assign emails to relevant team members or follow up as needed.
  • Respond to client inquiries when necessary, adhering to business communication standards.
  • Ensure all emails are processed within 2 hours of receipt.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, following Ohio office hours (4 PM – 11 PM or 5 PM – 12 AM).
  • 10 days of paid vacation.
  • Full training provided and paid from day one.
