Team Lead Golang (remote)

Responsibilities:

• Managing and building a team of developers;
• Designing and developing highly loaded services from scratch;
• Analyzing product requirements, designing development plans;
• Solving performance optimization issues;
• Participating in code reviews.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing a development team of 2 years or more;
• Experience in commercial development on GO from 4 years;
• Experience developing highly loaded applications;
• Deep understanding of synchronization mechanisms;
• Knowledge of Linux;
• Experience with message brokers;
• Experience with OpenAPI, Protobuf and GRPC;
• Knowledge of SQL;
• Experience with CI/CD;
• English from B2.
