As part of our expansion, we are seeking a skilled Amazon PPC Team Lead to drive our Amazon advertising initiatives to new heights.

Position Overview:

The Junior Amazon PPC Manager will support the PPC team in managing and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with foundational knowledge of Amazon PPC who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day management of PPC campaigns, data analysis, and report generation, helping to drive sales and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Support:
    • Assist in the creation, implementation, and management of Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
    • Conduct basic keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for campaigns.
    • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to bids, budgets, and targeting to optimize results.
    • Implement A/B tests on ad copy, keywords, and product targeting to continuously improve campaign performance.
  2. Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and CVR to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Generate and maintain regular reports on campaign performance for the PPC team and senior management.
    • Utilize Amazon Advertising Console and other analytics tools to track campaign results and provide actionable insights.
  3. Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with the Amazon PPC Team Lead to align campaign strategies with overall marketing goals.
    • Collaborate with the product and creative teams to ensure that ads are aligned with product listings and brand messaging.
    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth execution of PPC strategies.
  4. Learning & Development:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon PPC trends, tools, and best practices.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your PPC skills and knowledge.
    • Contribute ideas for improving campaign performance and overall PPC strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with some exposure to Amazon PPC management.
    • Familiarity with Amazon Advertising Console and basic PPC concepts.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic understanding of Amazon PPC campaign types, keyword strategies, and bidding techniques.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
    • Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
