Currently, our team is seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to drive revenue growth strategies and ensure the company’s financial success.
Key Responsibilities
– Oversee and coordinate the activities of the commercial and marketing departments;
– Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth;
– Introduce innovative approaches and solutions to increase market share and expand the client base in international markets;
– Analyze global market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities;
– Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients and stakeholders;
– Ensure financial targets are met while managing departmental budgets effectively;
– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) at the department level;
– Contribute to the development of long-term business strategies and plans for the company;
– Represent the company at high-profile international forums and conferences;
– Prepare regular reports on financial performance and forecasts.
What We Expect From You:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher;
– At least 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within sales or marketing;
– Proven track record of successfully scaling businesses in international markets;
– Previous experience as a C-level executive in IT companies is mandatory;
– Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution of growth initiatives;
– Deep understanding of the global IT outsourcing market and its trends;
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams;
– Strategic mindset and the ability to make decisions in uncertain environments;
– Fluency in English is required.
