ОК РУСАЛ приглашает на работу Начальника отдела международной логистики (Head of International Logistics Unit (Europe, India, Africa and Latin America).
Responsibilities:

To develop supply chains in Europe, India, Africa and Latin America markets;

To manage International Logistics Unit team by:
- Ensuring high performance standards for Unit team members
- Efficiently allocating job tasks and monitoring execution
- Controlling performance, coaching and developing talent- Optimizing Unit structure for best alignment with set goals
- Planning and allocating Unit resources

To improve efficiencies for shipments to Europe, India, Africa and Latin America markets;

To create new supply chains, improve performance as part of the supply chain management;

To develop supply chain management and short / medium time strategy to ensure seamless and timely deliveries to customers;
-
To make market research and implementation of the best logistics practices in the Company’s supply chain, especially focusing on the end-user;

Initiation, development and maintenance of communications with other units of the company to ensure they are informed on the actual and expected status of Unit projects and to ensure the projects get sufficient support and assistance in achieving goals;

To supervise tenders for logistics services including all necessary tender and contractual documentation as per Company internal regulations;

To prepare the guidelines on execution of contracts in relation to supply chain activities and goods transportation activities;

To analyze the freight market and provision of guidance on the selection of logistic partners (sea-transportation, transshipment, warehousing, trucking, railage).

To identify and propose the best business decisions based on the balance of price, quality and the Company’s market competitiveness;

To liaise with freight counterparties, stevedoring, warehousing companies, etc. and other participants of inland logistics chains;

To take part in investigations and settlement of logistics related incidents and claims;

To participate in the Company’s continuous improvement programes;

To make analysis and reports on actual transportation costs, operational reports on the status of transportation under the developing logistics projects;

To prepare of instructions and reports for involved subdivisions and external audit;

To inform management on a regular basis on plans, results, current and anticipated problems and risks; proposals on problem solutions and risk mitigation.
Requirements:

10+ years in logistics, including 3+ years as leader of a team;

The experience in production MNCs, forwarding companies, shipping lines;
-
Fluent English and Russian, other languages will be an additional advantage;
-
Decisive, can-do attitude, able to multitask and work under pressure, strong leader, persuasive and structured communicator.
