a Operation and Maintenance Engineer

to join our team.

Your responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the company’s computers and computer peripheral equipment;
2. Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the company's servers, switches, routers, computers and other network equipment;
3. Responsible for maintaining the company’s network security, authority management and confidentiality management of electronic documents;
4. Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the company's IT software (including cloud resources, OA, mailboxes, etc.), including account management, service activation, problem tracking and resolution, new function configuration implementation, etc.

Our expectations:

1. Applicants with more than 3 years of relevant work experience in IT operation and maintenance and network management are preferred;
2. Bachelor's degree in computer-related majors;
3. Familiar with the setup and management of routers, switches, firewalls, servers and other equipment; familiar with windows, linux systems, and commonly used office software, with strong problem-solving abilities;
4. Have teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility and serious work attitude;
5. Fluent in English.
