Обязанности:

Provide legal advice and suggestions for the daily operation of the Russian branch;

Responsible for reviewing contracts and other relevant materials that need to be signed and stamped by the Russian branch;

Responsible for maintenance of public relations with the local government;

Responsible for the improvement of regulations and rules of the Russian branch;

Responsible for the daily compliance affairs of the Russian branch, ensuring that the company's local operations comply with the requirements of local laws and regulations;

Provide legal and compliance business training for employees of the Russian branch;

Other administrative work as required.
Требования:

Bachelor degree or above in law;

More than three years of legal work experience in law firms or companies;

Familiar with laws and business in related industry such as engineering, energy, manufacturing, etc.;

Have working experience in public relations management;

Interested in growing together with Chinese companies and pursuing long-term and stable development;

Good oral and written English communication skills;

Outgoing personality, likes and is good at dealing with people
