Fashion Editor / Writer

A fashion-tech startup based in the UAE is looking for a passionate and talented Content Writer/Editor to join the team. The company’s mobile application offers an online wardrobe experience and expert consultations from top fashion professionals.

The primary responsibility of this position is creating, editing, and curating content related to fashion, style, and trends.

Key responsibilities:

• Review content generated by AI and human writers, ensuring quality and relevance.
• Monitor the quality and design of the published content.
• Writing original articles independently, such as maintaining an editorial column.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to develop ideas for future content.
• Contribute to the development of article topics for the content plan.
• Maintain order and transparency in editorial processes.
• Research market trends, analyze competitors, and implement best practices in content creation.

Our Expectations:

• 3+ years of experience in fashion journalism or with online/print publications is preferred, though candidates with less experience will also be considered.
• English language C1+. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Experience with editorial tools and SEO systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Keen eye for aesthetics and strong creative skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for growth and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in fashion and content creation.
