Responsibilities:
- Analysis of competitive affiliate offers in various regions.
- Development and refinement of existing affiliate offers.
- Search for and attract new partners and high-quality traffic (arbitration, networks, agencies, etc.).
- Experience in management and team building.
- Understanding of partner prospecting, onboarding, and relationship management.
- Processing the existing partner base, conducting business negotiations with affiliates, resolving possible conflict situations and establishing partner support processes.
- Systematic monitoring of traffic indicators, stimulating its growth.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating of traffic efficiency and partner profitability, reporting on indicators.
Requirements:
- Experience in digital/Affiliate Marketing from 3 years.
- Experience in developing and managing successful affiliate programs.
- Understanding the specifics of RevShare, CPA, Hybrid approaches to working with partners, types of traffic, affiliate tools.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, evaluate campaign results and make decisions based on the data obtained.
- Proficiency in English not lower than B2.
- Proficiency in French or Arabic will be an advantage.
