RESPONSIBILITIES

UX/UI design, implementation and SEO for enterprise websites.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment (both oral and written skills in English)
• Work hours: the ability to have at least 4 hours overlap with the US (East Coast)
• Higher education
• 5+ years of experience in development of enterprise web sites
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to present design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders
• Website Optimization: Skilled in optimizing websites for SEO, performance, speed, security.
• WordPress Development: Expert-level knowledge of WordPress core, Elementor, themes, and plugin architecture, with the ability to develop custom solutions.
• Pixel-Perfect Design Implementation: Ability to translate design mockups into pixel-perfect, fully functional websites with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• UX/UI Design: Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, with a focus on creating intuitive and visually appealing layouts.
• Third-Party Integration: Experience in integrating third-party tools and APIs (e.g., Active Campaign, Google Analytics) into WordPress websites.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Ability to quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues, both from a front-end and back-end perspective.
• Marketing Integration: Implement tracking pixels, forms, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, GTM, or HubSpot to measure website performance and conversion goals.

NICE TO HAVE

• experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or other similar programs
• Experience in illustration skills, digital or by hand
• Strong knowledge of the front-end web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Demonstrated knowledge of website analytics tools and reporting such as Google Analytics (GA4), HotJar and others to analyze data.
