Who we are

We are a global IT service provider. With over 4,000 permanent colleagues in more than 50+ subsidiaries worldwide, we enable Device as a Service for the IT industry in 190+ countries. DaaS combines hardware, software, lifecycle services and financing into a single contract with a fee per device.

We are looking for an Office Manager who is ready to provide the necessary support for the proper functioning of the company by handling various administrative tasks. The fixed-term employment contract will be concluded for the period of maternity leave of the main employee.

Your Tasks

  • Routine administrative management: processing correspondence with clients and suppliers, emails and memos, filing, archiving, management of cleaning service providers.
  • Supply orders for office needs;
  • Manage structural invoices and checking them, enter employee expense reports;
  • Organize corporate events (handling hotel reservation, buying tickets etc.);
  • Communication with suppliers (research, contact, negotiate, contract preparation, communication with Project Managers).

Our requirements:

  • Good command of English (B2+);
  • Previous experience on administrative position;
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work in multitasking mode;
  • Ability and desire to organise office work and life.

Would be a plus: strong PC skills.
