RenStroydetal is a part of one of the largest construction holdings in Russia - Rencons. Holding is engaged in construction and investment in real estate.

RenStroydetal provides machinery, special equipment, maintenance personnel and infrastructure elements, and also provides services for the production of concrete at the construction sites of Rencons group of companies.

Due to the increase in the volume of work, we are looking for a Sales manager for our road construction equipment, which can no longer be used at our construction sites and can be sold to interested buyers.

All our equipment is modern, high-quality, timely undergoes all necessary repairs, maintenance, etc., and meets the highest standards and requirements applied on the largest construction projects in the Russian Federation.

Responsibilities:

Active sales of the entire line of road construction, automotive and crane equipment;

  • Expanding the customer base and increasing sales by finding new clients; Building long-term relationships with clients;

  • Supporting the client at all stages of the transaction;

  • Conducting telephone conversations, presentations and meetings;

  • Demonstration of special equipment;

  • Conclusion of contracts, control of transactions, preparation of tenders, technical and commercial proposals;
  • Providing reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales;
  • Education not lower than secondary vocational;
  • Experience in conducting effective negotiations and presentations, good communication and speech skills;
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, 1C, Excel;
  • Result-oriented, responsible, active life position;
  • Knowledge of the road construction equipment market.
