Well Completions Coordinator (Lower or Upper Completions)
Depending on experience and competencies, this employee will manage the execution of well completion projects utilizing technologies for sand control (open-hole gravel packing, stand-alone screens), cemented and uncemented liner hanger systems, hydraulic packers, safety valves, and intelligent well monitoring systems (pressure and temperature gauges, fiber optics). This position requires relocation.
Objectives

Coordinate all stages of upper or lower well completion projects, including planning, equipment ordering, timeline management, and final documentation.

Develop and adapt project plans in line with customer requirements.

Monitor field operations during the deployment and installation of equipment.

Represent the company’s interests at strategic meetings with customers.

Evaluate and analyze incidents during project implementation.

Ensure compliance with HSE standards.

At least 5 years of experience in lower or upper completions on technologically complex projects utilizing modern technologies.

Ability to organize work and negotiate with various stakeholders.
